About the Role
We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team at Rethink Ed. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing our client base in the west region by building and maintaining relationships with senior-level district leaders in K-12 districts. This is a remote position that requires prior experience working with high-level school administrators and a proven track record of district partnerships.

About You
Highly organized and self-motivated individual with a natural hunter mentality. You thrive in taking initiative and creative problem-solving, and are autonomous, accountable, and metrics-driven. You have a resilient nature that allows you to try new things, learn, and grow. With 4+ years of teaching experience or at least 5 years of experience in the education market, preferably in Special Education, SEL, and Mental Health, you are well-equipped to educate and engage customers in new and creative ways.

Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in the education field. Flexibility to travel up to 50% during peak times. Existing K-12 network of senior-level district leaders in designated territory highly preferred. Ability to be effective in a home office prospecting environment, meeting weekly and monthly metrics. Diligence to develop and maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline in Salesforce.com. Ability to deliver and execute an effective territory plan. Ability to meet assigned sales quota. Hunter mentality. This is a new business role focused on large and midsized accounts. Self-motivated, quick learner, and tech-savvy. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
