Position Overview

The Risk Solution Services (RSS) division is committed to being the premier advisor in global payment fraud management. Our vision is to cultivate enduring partnerships with clients, serving as an essential extension of their teams to maximize their potential while integrating Visa's products effectively.

The Risk Management Consultant will play a pivotal role in assisting Visa clients in navigating the complexities of online payment risks. This includes analyzing transaction data to identify emerging fraud patterns, devising strategies to counteract these trends, and collaborating closely with clients to implement these strategies utilizing a blend of Visa and industry-specific tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effective Communication: Articulates clear and tailored messages independently.
  • Consultative Expertise: Drives revenue growth through strategic partnerships and automation aligned with RSS objectives.
  • Solutions Implementation: Enhances client acceptance through automation, data models, and effective communication of updates.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Advances automation and analytics to align with client goals and demonstrate return on investment.
  • Industry Insights: Gathers and shares knowledge of industry trends, consulting on payment ecosystems and adapting solutions based on competitive intelligence.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • 6+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 4+ years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD.
  • Experience in the eCommerce payment sector.
  • Collaboration on enterprise-wide products and projects.
  • Ability to derive insights and actionable items through data analysis.
  • Experience in providing solutions delivery or professional services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office Suite).
  • Exceptional presentation, consultative, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies based on departmental needs.

Travel Requirements: This role may require travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office environment, requiring the ability to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and via telephone, and operate standard office equipment.
