**Job Summary**

Strativ Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge generative AI systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced multimodal AI models, pushing the boundaries of computer vision techniques, and driving AI research.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the design and development of sophisticated generative AI models, focusing on multimodal outputs and advanced computer vision techniques.
  • Conduct in-depth AI research to discover and implement novel solutions using generative models, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI/ML advancements by continuously evaluating and integrating new tools and frameworks, driving innovation within the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to embed AI solutions into products and services, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with user needs.

**Requirements**

  • Significant experience designing, building, and deploying Machine Learning models in production environments, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques, with a focus on computer vision models and GANs.
  • Extensive experience with LLMs and diffusion models, such as Stable Diffusion, Llama, Mistral, and LoRAs, with a strong understanding of their applications and limitations.
  • Proven ability to experiment with and deploy existing open-source generative models in production systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
