Key Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly assess and screen incoming client calls
  • Continuously track all potential client inquiries via various channels (email, internet, phone, and referrals)
  • Initiate contact with potential clients to build rapport
  • Follow up diligently on outstanding inquiries
  • Maintain accurate logs and reporting systems to track the status of potential clients
  • Conduct empathetic and compassionate interviews with prospective clients
  • Schedule appointments for potential clients as needed
  • Document precise notes during initial consultations with attorneys
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys to facilitate the initial consultation process
  • Assist attorneys with administrative duties related to case openings and database management
  • Adhere to instructions from the supervising attorney and execute tasks accordingly
  • Draft emails, transcribe notes, research legal documents, and manage spreadsheets efficiently
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not mandatory
  • 1-2 years of experience in Personal Injury Intake within a law firm environment
  • Familiarity with case management software is advantageous
  • Experience in management is a plus
  • Demonstrates resourcefulness and motivation in problem-solving
  • Exhibits a strong customer service orientation
Compensation: $18-$25/hr

Note: Pay rates may be adjusted based on individual experience and qualifications.
