We are currently seeking a Senior Intake Coordinator with a background in intake processes, ideally within the lemon law sector. This full-time, non-exempt role involves overseeing, training, and inspiring team members to achieve excellence. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and eager to acquire comprehensive knowledge about our operations. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage a high volume of client interactions while maintaining a conversion success rate of 95% or higher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service, employing effective communication and behavioral skills.
  • Quickly assimilate the criteria for potential clients to determine eligibility for our services.
  • Acquire and apply specific sales techniques relevant to our industry to effectively promote our services and secure leads.
  • Inform potential clients about our offerings and advantages through proprietary training and in-depth product knowledge.
  • Identify and address client concerns while communicating clearly and effectively.
  • Exhibit agility and proactive engagement in responding to client inquiries and issues as they arise.
  • Foster a growth-oriented mindset, creatively solving challenges while maintaining a positive outlook.
  • Ensure data integrity by accurately documenting client information and interactions within our CRM systems to support case success.
  • Collaborate with management to propose new procedures or enhance existing workflows while fulfilling other related duties as assigned.
  • Prioritize tasks based on business goals and established best practices.
  • Stay informed about the stages of the deal pipeline to facilitate the transition from leads to retained clients.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assess prospective clients for qualification.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in lemon law intake or a related field.
  • Strong telephone communication abilities, including professional articulation, active listening, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a proven ability to convert leads within specified timeframes.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the capacity to collaborate effectively in a professional environment.
  • Familiarity with business applications commonly used in the industry (e.g., HubSpot, Crexendo, MS Office).
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is advantageous.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.

Additional Information:

  • Paralegal experience: 2 years (Required)
  • A paralegal degree is mandatory.
