We are currently seeking a Senior Intake Specialist with a background in client intake, ideally within the lemon law sector. This full-time, non-exempt role involves overseeing, training, and inspiring team members to achieve excellence. The ideal candidate will be proactive, eager to acquire in-depth knowledge of our operations, and capable of managing a substantial volume of client interactions with precision and care, achieving a conversion success rate of 95% or higher.

  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service through refined communication and behavior.
  • Quickly assimilate the criteria for potential clients to determine eligibility for our services.
  • Master specific sales techniques and strategies relevant to our industry to effectively promote our services and secure leads.
  • Inform potential clients about our offerings and advantages using specialized training and product knowledge.
  • Identify and address client concerns while communicating clearly and effectively.
  • Respond proactively to inquiries from potential clients, demonstrating agility and thoroughness.
  • Foster a growth-oriented mindset, creatively solving challenges while maintaining a positive outlook.
  • Ensure data integrity by accurately documenting client interactions and requests within relevant CRM systems to support case success.
  • Collaborate with management to propose new processes or enhance existing ones while fulfilling other related duties as assigned.
  • Prioritize tasks based on business goals and best practices.
  • Understand and monitor the stages of the deal pipeline to facilitate the transition from leads to retained clients.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assess prospective clients for qualification.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in lemon law intake or a related field; 2 years preferred.
  • Exceptional telephone communication skills, including the ability to provide professional responses, strong listening abilities, and effective problem resolution.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to convert leads within the firm's timelines.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the capacity to collaborate effectively in a professional environment.
  • Familiarity with business applications commonly used in the firm (e.g., HubSpot, Crexendo, MS Office).
  • Bi-lingual or multi-lingual capabilities are advantageous (Spanish).
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.

Additional Information:

  • Paralegal experience: 2 years (Required).
  • A paralegal degree is mandatory.
