About the Role:

The Industrial Regional Sales Manager is a key position at Trojan Technologies, responsible for growing the Industrial business and driving the company's market position within a defined territory. This role involves implementing sales strategies to increase market share, ensuring sustainable, targeted growth by actively engaging channel partners and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of water treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales and profits by meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin in the assigned territory.
  • Ensure achievement of the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans by executing organizational best practices.
  • Participate in sales activities, including customer site visits, telephone contacts, trade seminars and shows, product demonstrations/evaluations, customer seminars, and channel management.
  • Ability to travel within the region for significant portions of each fiscal year.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
  • 5+ years of sales or channel management experience.
  • Industry knowledge specific to water treatment and applications.
  • High energy performer who operates as part of a team and whose enthusiasm inspires and motivates teams, peers, and customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Problem-solving mentality with a can-do attitude.
