Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive plan to attract new clients in your sales region.
  • Participate in virtual and in-person meetings, training sessions, trade exhibitions, and sales events.
  • Stay informed about customer requirements by keeping up with our offerings, industry competition, and market trends in the home services sector.
  • Document all sales activities, including new business development, account progress, customer requirements, potential leads, and competitive challenges through a CRM system.
  • Engage with prospective clients to demonstrate and promote our latest products and services.
Qualifications
  • A valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle are required.
  • A bachelor's degree or a high school diploma is preferred.
  • Successful candidates will demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • 1-3 years of experience in inside or outside sales is necessary.
