Job Description

As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive store environment. You will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of store associates, providing coaching and development opportunities, and ensuring that all store operations are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee and manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and freight flow.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of store associates, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that all products are properly stocked and displayed.
  • Visual Merchandising: Oversee and manage visual merchandising efforts, ensuring that all displays and fixtures are properly maintained and updated.
  • Freight Flow: Manage and oversee freight flow, ensuring that all shipments are properly received and processed.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 1+ years of leadership experience in a retail environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with store associates, customers, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Inventory Management: Experience with inventory management systems and processes.
  • Visual Merchandising: Experience with visual merchandising principles and practices.
Work Environment

This position is located in a retail store environment, with regular exposure to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
