Position Summary:

The primary duties of the Examination Supervisor include administering and coordinating assessments, including all entrance examinations and additional testing as required. Your Role and Responsibilities:
  • Administer and evaluate admission tests, accommodating day or evening schedules as necessary.
  • Oversee and coordinate all entrance assessments and other examinations in accordance with established testing policies and procedures.
  • Ensure prospective students undertake the appropriate entrance examinations.
  • Facilitate both online and paper-based testing.
  • Safeguard all testing materials.
  • Accurately input scores and relevant information into student records as required.
  • Maintain a comprehensive testing log.
  • Distribute test results promptly to all relevant parties.
  • Perform filing and scanning tasks as needed.
Student Interaction:
  • Foster a testing environment that is welcoming, comfortable, and conducive to focus.
  • Exemplify professionalism and conduct for students.
  • Proactively communicate any behavioral concerns to leadership.
  • Guide students to appropriate leadership for additional support when necessary.
Related Duties:
  • Assist with ID photographs, cap and gown photographs, uniform distribution, and other activities during new student orientation.
  • Perform general clerical tasks, including answering and making calls to students, copying documents, and sending mailings.
  • Provide clerical support to facilitate the implementation of various programs.
  • Assist the Registrar with student documentation as needed.
  • Carry out other assigned duties.
Your Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively engage with a diverse student population.
  • Capability to manage multi-line phone systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • General office experience is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling student matters.
