POSITION:
Facilities Maintenance Technician
DEPARTMENT:
Facilities Management
Starting Salary:
$17 - $21 per hour
(Salary is contingent upon qualifications and experience)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will assist the facilities team with repairs and various projects as required. The individual will also contribute to the upkeep of the grounds at designated agency locations as instructed. This role will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor at the assigned facility.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in building maintenance.
Must hold a valid Driver's License.
Must be able to obtain DOT Certification.
Must be at least 21 years of age and successfully pass a background check, physical examination, and drug screening. A valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance are also required.
