Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Credit Acceptance is a leading provider of used car finance solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide personalized solutions to customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer communications.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards for customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.
- Competitive hourly rate of $18.00-$20.00 per hour.
- Uncapped monthly bonus potential based on individual performance.
