About the Role

Audacy, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Advertising Account Manager to join our Key Accounts team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, developing and measuring digital advertising strategies, and ensuring the successful optimization of campaigns to drive client retention, growth, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Main Point of Contact: Provide white-glove service, build strong relationships, and understand and measure the unique business goals of key clients.
  • Drive Digital Advertising Campaign KPI Measurement Setup and Strategy: Develop and implement digital advertising campaign KPI measurement setup and strategy to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Monitor Campaign Performance and Analyze Data: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop Comprehensive Digital Advertising Strategies: Develop comprehensive digital advertising strategies across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and programmatic networks, and work cross-functionally to execute and track these strategies.
  • Assist with Performance Reports: Assist with the preparation and presentation of performance reports for key clients, showcasing campaign results and outlining future recommendations.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and digital advertising best practices to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 Years of Digital Advertising Experience: Minimum of 3 years of digital advertising experience and/or operations.
  • Proven Track Record of Successfully Managing Key Client Relationships: Proven track record of successfully managing key client relationships and driving campaign performance.
  • Excellent Understanding of Digital Advertising Strategy and Measurement: Excellent understanding of digital advertising strategy and measurement.
  • Strong Understanding of Digital Advertising Platforms, Analytics, and Industry Trends: Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, analytics, and industry trends.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-Oriented, Organized, and Able to Manage Multiple Campaigns Simultaneously: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
