Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Compulse. As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and nurturing positive client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will serve as a technical expert, overseeing the execution of complex campaigns, and collaborating closely with internal teams to address client needs.

Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as a technical expert on key accounts, utilizing various Programmatic Demand Side Platforms within the OTT, Display & Video, and Geofencing environments.
  2. Communicate with clients on all platform levels through phone, email, and other channels.
  3. Address technical issues and solutions to internal stakeholders and clients regarding Programmatic Campaign setups errors or best practices.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations, ensuring timely resolution by collaborating with engineering, product, and operation teams.
  5. Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product/Engineering, and Operations to execute strategy and address client technical needs.
  6. Provide high-level proficiency in reporting, interpreting analytics to monitor campaign performance, and reporting metrics to sales leads and clients.
  7. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  8. Identify and grow opportunities within territory, collaborating with sales and strategy teams to ensure growth attainment.
  9. Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner.
  10. Develop retention plans and prevent client churn, proactively retaining lapsing accounts.
  11. Conduct post-campaign analysis and reporting, delivering results to clients.
  12. Track revenue, provide feedback, and analysis on improving and growing partner revenue.
  13. Oversee the performance of digital campaigns including OTT/CTV, display, geofencing, pre-roll, paid search, social media, email, YouTube, etc.
  14. Train clients on digital products.
  15. Lead client meetings around project status and marketing plans.
  16. Stay up to date on digital knowledge.
  17. Work remotely, manage time efficiently and independently.
  18. Be available by phone, email, IM, and video calls.
  19. Travel once per quarter to meet with the team in person.
  20. Travel to clients for in-market visits when needed.
  21. Perform other agency duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience managing client relationships.
  3. 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency or publisher and ad tech platforms.
  4. Familiarity with Programmatic Demand Side Platforms and Campaign Manager 360 (CM360).
  5. Strong technical account problem-solving skills.
  6. Experience with platforms such as Hubspot, Zendesk, Xandr, Beeswax, GroundTruth, is preferred.
  7. Knowledge of the overall ad tech landscape.
  8. Familiarity with Over-The-Top content environment preferred.
  9. Proficiency with MS Excel; experience with SQL, web technologies, and APIs preferred.
  10. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  11. Ability to collaborate across teams domestically and internationally.
Location:

Remote; preferred locations include San Francisco, Denver, Seattle, and Baltimore.
