Client Service Representative II

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative II to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. in Lancaster, PA. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Main Responsibilities- Provide prompt and professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and address concerns.
- Manage and maintain reprographic equipment at client locations, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
- Conduct daily and monthly records of service activity, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement site procedures, ensuring compliance with client policies and protocols.
- Participate in cross-functional trainings to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring ability to provide coverage when short-staffed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the team and the company.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, plus 1-2 years of related experience.
- Prior experience in a customer service environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Good computer skills and technical knowledge, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, with a strong focus on independence and self-motivation.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required, with ability to lift up to 50lbs.
