Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Specialist at Happy Paws. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Understand client goals and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to add value and drive client success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Assist clients on the retail floor, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Assist with project management activities, including coordinating client onboarding, training, and implementation processes.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a pet-related field.
  • Must feel comfortable working with and around dogs and cats.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
