About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Representative to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Your Impact:

You will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Respond promptly to client requests and inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the site team to ensure that client needs are met and that site operations are running smoothly.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of site procedures and policies to ensure that client needs are met and that site operations are running efficiently.
  • Oversee and manage daily and monthly records on service activity, and ensure that all necessary reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and site team members to ensure that all needs are met and that site operations are running smoothly.
  • Perform general front office reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, taking messages, and scheduling conference rooms.
  • Respond to customer needs and requests, and accept deliveries and set up food and beverages for meetings.

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
  • Prior experience in a customer service environment.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Good computer skills/technical knowledge.
  • Ability to work OT as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties.
  • Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
