Client Service Representative

As a Client Service Representative at Christian Dior FR, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our boutique. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Providing outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging customers, maintaining a welcoming environment, and possessing product knowledge.
- Accurately and efficiently processing transactions, maintaining cash and media, and adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Utilizing proper telephone etiquette when answering calls, taking messages, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Assisting with customer exchanges, returns, and packing merchandise.
- Communicating customer feedback and requests to management.
- Completing opening and closing procedures, including securing cash and receipts.
- Maintaining a clean and organized register area, restocking supplies, and assisting with floor moves and merchandising.
- Participating in inventory processes and contributing to the overall efficiency of the cash wrap area.
- At least 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in a luxury background.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes, and move merchandise.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
Christian Dior FR offers a competitive salary range of $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, plus bonus eligibility.
