Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently register and check-in new and returning clients and patients, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Offer expert guidance and support to clients, providing them with all necessary information and resources to make informed decisions about their pet's care.
  • Schedule rechecks appointments and handle all financial transactions, ensuring seamless and secure processing.
  • Assist in the dispensing and packing of medications, maintaining the highest standards of safety and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
  • Maintain the confidentiality, security, and physical safety of all patients' medical records, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of veterinary office procedures and equipment, with a strong understanding of animal behavior and welfare.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, PMS, and financial transaction management, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
