About the Role

As a Client Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch support and guidance to help them get the most out of our software solutions. You will be responsible for uncovering clients' needs, solving problems, and customizing software setups to meet their unique requirements. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, understand their challenges, and provide tailored solutions to drive their success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Becoming intimately familiar with the benefits and features of Rotunda's products and applying that knowledge to real-life scenarios.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients by uncovering challenges, providing solutions, and winning their ongoing business.
  • Fortifying relationships with existing clients, offering guidance and support, and ensuring they leverage opportunities to benefit from expanded use of our services.
  • Utilizing Zendesk to track all work and communication.
  • Beta testing new features and product releases to ensure they are bug-free.
  • Participating in side projects tailored to individual strengths and interests.
