Job Title: Territory Growth Account Executive

Are you a driven sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Growth Account Executive to join our team at Kings III of America.

About the Role:

This is a full-cycle sales position that requires a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. As a Territory Growth Account Executive, you will be responsible for forging new paths and achieving territory success through proactive prospecting, creating at least 30 new sale opportunities per month.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forge new paths and achieve territory success through proactive prospecting and creating at least 30 new sale opportunities per month.
  • Engage with 20-25 prospects weekly, blending direct prospecting, partner relationships, and networking events.
  • Demonstrate exceptional prospecting skills, leveraging in-field visits and telephone outreach to self-generate leads and opportunities.
  • Exhibit assertiveness and persistence in following through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Embrace a disciplined, repeatable sales process and consistently enhance your skills and industry knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A professional, positive attitude, capable of navigating challenges and changes.
  • Self-motivation, drive, and competitive nature.
  • A working knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Proactive communication skills, to open doors and engage potential clients in person and over the phone.
  • Assertiveness and persuasive skills, with the ability to guide prospects through the sales funnel to a successful close.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to pass an MVR check.
