Banking Relationship Manager

Job Summary
This Customer Service Representative II position is responsible for acquiring, retaining, and expanding new and existing customer relationships. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, build trust, and identify opportunities to sell bank products and services.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and goals.
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services, increasing revenue and deepening customer relationships.
- Stay up-to-date on bank products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment products.
- Collaborate with other business units to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and referral goals, contributing to the bank's overall revenue growth.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 2 years cash handling and customer service experience, preferably in a banking environment.
- Demonstrated success in cross-selling banking services and products.
- Strong customer relations skills, ability to communicate and work well with employees and customers in a cooperative, positive manner.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- PC experience required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and teller/bank software preferred.
- Self-starter, dependable, able to work within deadlines under pressure.
Salary Range and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $18.61 - $25.10 per hour, depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. Eligible employees may also receive bonus, commission, and/or equity awards.
