As a key member of our banking center team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Relationship Banker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, handling accounts, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell and refer clients to other internal groups.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborate with team members to provide outstanding customer service and ensure seamless delivery of banking services
  • Process financial transactions for clients efficiently and accurately
  • Work closely with clients to open and administer their accounts, ensuring they have access to the right products and services to meet their needs
  • Assist clients with loan applications and other product offerings
  • Educate clients on our products and services, highlighting the benefits and value proposition
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and refer clients to other internal groups, driving revenue growth and enhancing client relationships
  • Participate in client calling activities to deepen relationships and drive sales
  • Assist in training new associates, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure a smooth transition
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the banking center

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience as a teller preferred
  • Experience working with a 10-key calculator and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
