This Account Relationship Manager role requires a highly organized and communicative individual to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. As the primary point of contact, you will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. Your expertise in commercial collections and customer service principles will enable you to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and answer incoming requests from customers in an accurate, fast, friendly, and flexible manner.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude to promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfied resolutions.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
  • Effectively manage large amounts of customer requests.
  • Work with the Customer Care Supervisor/Manager to ensure customer-centric service delivery.
  • Assist with Special Projects assigned by the Customer Care Manager.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This full-time position operates in a professional office setting, requiring standard office equipment and occasional training in new software systems. The physical demands of this role include sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
