Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer experiences by being responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Ensure exceptional cash handling skills and maintain accurate balancing
  • Consistently build relationships with customers by introducing them to banking partners
  • Thoroughly examine all transactions to identify potential issues and prevent losses

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Cash handling experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detailed-oriented and organized
  • Proficient in computer applications

Salary Range: $48,000 - $65,000 per year
