Overview: The Salesforce Pardot Administrator will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing our Pardot environment to align with our marketing automation objectives. This position will collaborate closely with both marketing and sales departments to ensure effective campaign execution, lead management, and data synchronization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage the Salesforce Pardot system, including user setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
  2. Design and manage marketing materials such as email templates, landing pages, forms, and automation workflows.
  3. Develop and implement lead nurturing and scoring initiatives to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  4. Work in conjunction with the sales team to facilitate efficient lead handoff and follow-up procedures.
  5. Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  6. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Pardot and Salesforce, including routine data imports, exports, and database maintenance.
  7. Manage integrations between Pardot and other marketing and sales platforms.
  8. Offer training and support to marketing and sales personnel on Pardot best practices and functionalities.
  9. Stay informed about Pardot features, updates, and industry trends to enhance our marketing automation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in managing Salesforce Pardot.
  • Pardot Specialist or Consultant certification is advantageous.
  • Strong grasp of marketing automation principles and best practices.
  • Proficient in creating and managing Pardot assets, including email templates, landing pages, and forms.
  • Experience with lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing strategies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and the integration between Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate across teams.
  • Able to handle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
