Brief Summary of Role:
Salesforce Admins form the technical foundation of our delivery teams. They are primarily responsible for completing tasks that require Administrative skills such as troubleshooting, enhancements, support as well as new configurations.

Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and enhancing existing logic in SFDC
Providing declarative code for project-related deliverables.
Handling all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
Completing regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
Managing Salesforce data feeds and other integrations
Coordinating the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
Assisting in training of new users, and grow the skill set across the organization
Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams
Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
Doing configuration with a high degree of efficiency and quality
Interaction with application development teams and customer-facing resources
Education and Requirement:
Minimum 6+ years of Strong experience in Sales cloud and knowledge of Enterprise channel & End customer sales.
Experience in Sales operations, partner management & enablement preferred.
Experience as a Salesforce business analyst and admin role.
Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models
Prior experience in SDLC project management and analysis including scoping / timeline management
Prior experience in documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements, user acceptance testing, change management, etc.
Working knowledge of process documentation & project management software
Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and using salesforce data tools.
Salesforce Admin certification required
This is an Onsite role and require a travel of 3 days initially to office, which may get extend to 5 days/week
