We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with Pardot expertise to join our team at Futran Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 6-8+ years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis and 3+ years of experience in Pardot. Salesforce Admin certifications are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements for Marketing applications and document them
- Work with development partners, SIT, UAT, and Deployment teams to implement requirements
- Perform admin activities like User configuration, data loads, and validate configurations
- Pardot experience is mandatory
- Experience working in Sales and Service Cloud as well, with a good understanding of the SF platform
Qualifications:
- 6-8+ years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis
- 3+ years of experience in Pardot
- Salesforce Admin certifications are a must
