Senior Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our Senior Vice President overseeing the Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex and fast-paced schedules and priorities for the Senior Vice President and other team members as required.
  • Cultivate strong relationships internally and externally with key stakeholders, including board members, customers, partners, executives, suppliers, and employees.
  • Coordinate and schedule a wide range of meetings and events, including on-site, virtual, and hybrid gatherings, spanning multiple time zones.
  • Oversee all aspects of executive travel, both domestic and international, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Handle administrative processes such as subscriptions, memberships, external speaking opportunities, procurement, shipping, accounts payable, and expense reporting.
  • Take charge of special projects, including preparing presentations, supporting company-wide initiatives, assisting with space planning, managing distribution lists, and more.
  • Provide support in crafting organization-wide communications.
  • Collaborate closely with other executive assistants to ensure seamless alignment and connectivity within the Product and Engineering Division and across the company.
Requirements:
  • 7 years of executive administrative experience, demonstrating a keen attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a knack for managing processes.
  • Proven experience supporting executives with heavy travel and meeting schedules.
  • Event planning experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and virtual meeting tools, along with familiarity with expense reporting, travel management, purchasing tools, and Salesforce.
What We Offer:

Our salary ranges consider various factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skills, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs.

Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with outstanding experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance.

This position's expected compensation range is $73,300.00 - $90,000.00
