Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Sales Cloud Administrator to join our delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing tasks that require administrative skills, including troubleshooting, enhancements, support, and new configurations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and enhance existing logic in Salesforce
  • Provide declarative code for project-related deliverables
  • Handle basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports, and dashboards
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
  • Assist in training new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
  • Act as a liaison between users, vendors, and application development teams
Requirements
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Sales Cloud and knowledge of Enterprise channel and End customer sales
  • Experience in Sales operations, partner management, and enablement preferred
  • Experience as a Salesforce business analyst and admin role
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models
  • Prior experience in SDLC project management and analysis, including scoping and timeline management
  • Working knowledge of process documentation and project management software
  • Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and using Salesforce data tools
  • Salesforce Admin certification required
