Salesforce Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and process improvement by leveraging your expertise in Salesforce and business analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with business teams to become a functional expert in key channel sales processes and Partner Portal requirements.
- Establish credibility as a trusted advisor by listening, understanding business requirements, and providing options for consideration.
- Effectively lead discussions with various partners and ask probing questions to get to the real business needs.
- Understand the strategy and changing needs of the business through business workshop facilitation and roadmap development.
- Recommend process innovation and efficiencies through current state process analysis, user experience, observations, industry trends, and standard methodologies.
- Design and implement reports, dashboards, and alerts that support business processes and deliver business insight.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing with end users, including writing scripts and securing user acceptance sign-offs.
- Prepare the business for change and adoption by ensuring a change management plan is in place.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and Admin role leading enterprise-scale PRM projects.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality and best practices.
- Strong experience in implementation, including determining whether requirements are configuration, customization, or integrations with external systems.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Working knowledge of process documentation and project management software.
- Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and using Salesforce data tools.
- Superior ability to design and implement dashboards on Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM preferred and reports to deliver business insight.
- Keen understanding of system security and controls.
BS or equivalent degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline required. MBA degree preferred.
