Job Overview
  Blue Origin is a pioneering aerospace manufacturer that aims to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems. As a Turbomachinery Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and testing of our engines and propulsion systems.

  We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in turbomachinery and liquid-fueled rocket engines. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. This position requires 5+ years of experience in the field and a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.

Responsibilities
  As a Turbomachinery Project Engineer, your responsibilities will include developing schedules and budgets, managing project progress, coordinating with procurement and manufacturing teams, and identifying and resolving schedule-critical issues. You will also be responsible for leading pre-ship reviews, ensuring hardware and software readiness prior to shipment.

Requirements
  To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of configuration management principles and practices. Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or other GANTT-style project management tools is preferred. Additionally, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to build trusting and effective working relationships.

Compensation
  The salary range for this position is $120,060.00-$168,084.00, depending on location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability, 401(k) with a company match of up to 5%, and an Education Support Program. Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays.
