Salary
We offer an estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and requires your commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable space flight.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our diverse team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new rocket engine turbomachinery component manufacturing and assembly processes. Your primary focus will be on translating engineering intent, drawings, and configurations into fully functional turbomachinery hardware ready for test, qualification, and flight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new turbomachinery component manufacturing processes
  • Drive and enhance turbomachinery assembly processes
  • Translate engineering intent, drawings, and configurations into fully functional hardware
  • Define how to prepare turbopumps for test, qualification, and flight

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering (or a relevant field) with 5+ years of direct turbomachinery manufacturing and manufacturing engineering experience in any industry. You should also have strong written, personal, technical, and software skills, including CAD, Scheduling, Issue Tracking, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
