Flight Controls is a critical skill area, and we continue to face staffing needs in cert/safety, system level verification testing, and DO-254 (AEH) compliance activities.
- Preferred candidates have prior experience in completing Flight Controls Systems fault tree work, with proficiency in CAFTA for reviewing and merging fault trees from suppliers into Boeing Faul Trees. Additionally, general safety analysis experience and familiarity with Flight Controls System Architecture are essential.
- We seek a mix of flight controls experienced engineers to work on functional decomposition, general flight controls integration, or control law updates. A portion of the team will support qualification report review and generation for qualification testing performed by Boeing.
- Engineers with expertise in lab hardware/software in the loop testing for the 777-9 are required, as well as SMEs or individuals who can quickly adapt to FC lab test tools and processes.
