Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales professional to join our team in Seoul, Korea. As Assistant Sales Manager, Korea, you will be responsible for managing Cold Chain, Refrigeration, Air-conditioning (AC), Heating, Transportation & Cooling controls via establishing / maintaining relationships with market influencers and players including customers, performing daily sales/marketing activities, engaging in Sales and Operations Planning process actively, and supporting vertical business leaders for new program & products in Korea.

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales target consistently via well-designed back-up planning.
• Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of customer accounts and sales channels, fostering and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Continuously identify and cultivate new local business partnerships, expanding our customer base.
• Closely monitor market trends and customer feedback, relaying insights to cross-functional teams and management to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and promptly capitalize on New Business Opportunities (NBOs), integrating them with new product initiatives under the guidance of in-region marketing professionals and vertical business leaders.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to strategically penetrate new and adjacent markets, seizing business opportunities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering such as Mechanical, Electrical engineering or HVAC related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Air Conditioning, Refrigeration or HVAC field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates proficiency in spoken and written English, with at least an intermediate level.
• A positive attitude, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a strong team dynamic.
• Proven success in delivering sales, strategic vision and quantitative analysis.
