E-Commerce Specialist

Dutchman Hospitality Group, Inc., is seeking a talented and experienced E-Commerce Specialist to work within the Marketing Department in beautiful Walnut Creek, located in the heart of Amish country. The E-Commerce Specialist will improve customer experience and drive revenue while managing the online store operations. They will maximize online sales and brand awareness while optimizing merchandising and customer experience. They will analyze web data for growth and collaborate the marketing staff to enhance sales. They will monitor site performance, maintain engaging content and anticipate customer needs, as well as, assisting with the website maintenance. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and involves working closely with other marketing and company associates.

6. Detail oriented with problem-solving abilities
7. Proficient in photography, social media and analytics
8. Familiar with e-commerce platforms and shipping software

Job Type

1. Full time M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm
2. This is an onsite position in Walnut Creek, OH (no remote work)
