Position Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales professional to grow with Copeland in Seoul, Korea. As Assistant Sales Manager, Korea, you will be responsible for managing Cold Chain, Refrigeration, Air-conditioning (AC), Heating, Transportation & Cooling controls. You will establish and maintain relationships with market influencers and players, perform daily sales/marketing activities, engage in Sales and Operations Planning, and support vertical business leaders for new program & products in Korea.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets consistently through well-designed back-up planning.
  • Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of customer accounts and sales channels, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Identify and cultivate new local business partnerships, expanding our customer base.
  • Closely monitor market trends and customer feedback, relaying insights to cross-functional teams and management to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and capitalize on New Business Opportunities (NBOs), integrating them with new product initiatives under the guidance of in-region marketing professionals and vertical business leaders.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to strategically penetrate new and adjacent markets, seizing business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, such as Mechanical, Electrical engineering, or HVAC related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or HVAC field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in spoken and written English, with at least an intermediate level.
  • A positive attitude, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a strong team dynamic.
  • Proven success in delivering sales, strategic vision, and quantitative analysis.
