Job Description

As a Marketing Associate with Kris Yocum - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences. We are seeking a motivated and self-starting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Requirements
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, with a people-oriented approach and organizational skills.
