Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative. This role involves building and developing customer relationships to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
- Provide expert advice on insurance options, including coverage, policy changes, and claim submissions.
- Utilize a customer-centric approach to educate customers on insurance products and services.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new computer functions and software.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish are preferred.
- Property and Casualty license and Life and Health license are required.
