We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone, determining customer needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
- Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, following company policies and procedures.
- Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits, recommending solutions to customers.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, setting up displays, and loading/unloading delivery trucks.
- Participate in inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Contribute to sales growth by suggesting ways to improve sales and customer engagement.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
- Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products.
