Business Development Specialist

We're looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our sales team in North America. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our brand in the region, predominantly to medium-sized enterprises.
You will work closely with our marketing and customer success teams to develop a go-to-market strategy, manage the sales process through qualification, business analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and close new business consistently at or above quota level.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional drive, excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and sales skills. A Bachelor's Degree and minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in North America are required.
A starting salary of $170,000 - $180,000 OTE plus uncapped commissions is offered, along with a range of benefits including flexible working hours, home office allowance program, wellness allowance program, and great 401K matching program.
