Job Overview

Simplicity Group Holdings is seeking a Strategic Business Development Specialist to join its team. This remote position involves providing marketing, financial planning solutions, and customer service to independent agents/agencies.

About the Role

This role requires proactive outbound sales calls to recruit financial advisors, train them on product solutions, and grow their practices. The successful candidate will also respond to inbound calls regarding product solutions and meet call activity expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively make outbound sales calls to recruit financial advisors.
  • Train financial advisors on product solutions and marketing programs.
  • Grow the financial advisor's practice through targeted sales efforts.
  • Respond to inbound calls regarding product solutions and practice betterment services.
  • Meet call activity expectations and monthly sales goals set forth by management.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of successful internal sales consultant results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel with accurate typing skills.
  • Ability to obtain a State insurance license and Series 6, 63, 7, 65, or 66 licenses.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus variable commission and employee benefits.
