Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at BraveView, Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with HOA property managers and driving business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take their career to the next level in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for targeting HOA's across the Greater Atlanta market and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with our sales team to build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, create strategic target accounts lists, and sign up new accounts for our catastrophe plan. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to learn and explain complex concepts to clients will make you a valuable asset to our team.

  • You will build a great first impression by providing a premier experience to our prospects and customers.
  • You will research and build new accounts, adding contacts to our CRM and sending introductory and follow-up emails as needed.
  • You will participate in planning marketing events, such as GSLA and BOMA conferences, and work with our sales and marketing coordinator to achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $70,000 plus commission structure, uncapped at $30-90,000 per year. You will also receive benefits such as AMEX with expense account, monthly auto reimbursement, company fuel card, and a cell phone and computer/tablet provided by the company.
