Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seafood Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our sustainability programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and offering creative preparation and pairing suggestions.
  • Ensure that products are fresh, rotated, and well-stocked.
  • Maintain the department to ensure it is clean, appealing, and safe.
  • Support and follow all safety and security policies and our sustainability programs.
  • Demonstrate an attitude of service to coworkers by lending a hand and working cohesively.
  • Operate within the Company's Core Values and Company Brand.
Requirements
  • You must be at least 18 years old and have the physical ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
  • You must have excellent manual dexterity and be able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and stand for long periods of time.
  • You must be flexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
