Job Title: Senior Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Specialist to join our team at ResMed. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their business goals and objectives through the effective use of our Resupply products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with customers to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement customized solutions to improve customer efficiency and ROI
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on Resupply best practices and industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report customer satisfaction levels to ensure compliance with service level agreements
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success
  • Demonstrated leadership competencies and exceptional relationship management skills
  • Understanding of KPIs and their impact on revenue objectives
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office package, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
