Position Overview:
We are currently in search of a Client Relationship Coordinator. This role, under supervision, will provide essential service and portfolio support to Business Relationship Managers, Specialty Deposit Team Managers, and other key stakeholders. The Client Relationship Coordinator will cultivate relationships with clients to enhance their experience, manage their accounts, and support them with various product services. This position demands exceptional multitasking abilities and effective time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Business Relationship Managers in the new account initiation process by ensuring timely and accurate information delivery. This includes coordinating with various business units to gather necessary documentation from clients and serving as the primary contact for client inquiries and service needs.
- Support Business Relationship Managers with sales-related activities, such as identifying cross-selling opportunities, preparing documentation, conducting research, generating reports, and maintaining consistent communication with clients and prospects.
- Coordinate with Business Relationship Managers and other stakeholders to facilitate daily account maintenance and troubleshooting with all business partners.
- Deliver exceptional client service related to deposit and business loan offerings, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of transactions and account maintenance.
- Enhance client relationships through proactive account servicing to potentially expand the deposit portfolio.
- Take ownership of client needs, issues, and requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Generate and complete tracking reports to analyze deposit trends effectively.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in Retail Banking or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the new account initiation process and banking structures is essential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities are required.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to various personalities.
- Capability to manage high-volume inquiries efficiently.
- Proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing, and effective time management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office products.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is preferred.
Compensation:
The base pay range for this position is USD $20.00/Hr. - USD $26.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
