Client Delivery Associate
RapidRatings is seeking a motivated Client Delivery Associate to enhance our Client Delivery and Operations team. This role is ideal for a candidate who excels in communication, possesses keen attention to detail, and has the capability to support operational efforts in a dynamic, high-demand setting.
The selected individual will have the opportunity to:
- Broaden their expertise by collaborating with private enterprises globally, facilitating their involvement in our clients' risk management initiatives.
- Influence outcomes by assisting senior management in the submission of sensitive financial data while adeptly navigating and resolving challenges.
- Become a Program Specialist by articulating and clarifying our business model, offerings, and procedures to private firms. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.

To be considered for the Client Delivery Associate position, candidates should possess:
- A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a client-facing role is preferred, demonstrating the ability to interact professionally and effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with financial statements is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume workloads.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Success in this role will also require the following core competencies:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels, including clients and potential clients.
- A customer-centric approach, demonstrating tact and courtesy.
- Strong analytical and diligence skills.
