Content creation, SEO strategy, and marketing goals drive the role of a Senior Content Marketing Specialist at New Breed. With 1-3 years of technical writing and copyediting expertise in technology, bioscience, and pharma, you'll develop SEO strategies, create original content, and optimize it for search engines. As an innovative individual, you'll work closely with the Demand Services team to focus on content creation, SEO research, blogging, PR, social media, and brand marketing for lead generation. Your ability to identify high-potential segments, tailor messaging, and stay informed about evolving SEO best practices will be essential in this role. With a commitment to achieving measurable targets and a focus on exceeding performance expectations, you'll be a valuable asset to the New Breed team. Based in Vermont, this role offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art campus on the shores of Lake Champlain. New Breed combines the speed of a start-up, the strategic thinking of a consultancy, the creativity of an agency, and the technology of a digital marketing company. We own the entire marketing and sales process on behalf of our clients from demand generation to closing the sale. Through our inbound expertise, proprietary assets, and deeply integrated systems, we close the loop between buyers and the products they need. Estimated salary for this role is around $70,000 - $90,000 based on location and experience. In the first 30 days, you'll get to know your team and the broader Services team members, onboard and get up to speed on New Breed processes, deliverables, and planning templates. Within 60 days, you'll be up and running with an initial client portfolio that will continue to grow as you successfully ramp in your role. Within 1 year, you'll work with your manager to identify and develop new continued learning and training opportunities, improve process inefficiencies to improve the client journey and internal productivity, and actively contribute to New Breed's blog highlighting thought leadership in content strategy. If you're eager to shape content strategy while also contributing significantly to broader marketing goals through innovative SEO practices, we'd love to hear from you. Your daily tasks will include creating original content across various formats, conducting SEO, keyword, and competitive research, contributing to content strategy meetings and workshops, collaborating with SMEs, partners, and internal experts, and staying updated on industry trends and customer challenges. You'll also be responsible for demonstrating exemplary writing skills, maintaining client company-specific voices and tones, and leveraging AI for inspiration and SEO optimization. With the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, develop new skills, and contribute to the success of New Breed, this role is ideal for those who are goal-focused, motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
