Director of Sales and Marketing

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a sales plan that aligns with the company's overall business strategy
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including referral sources, customers, and partners
- Develop and deliver sales training and coaching to ensure sales team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in the senior living industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to drive business results
