Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with the workweek commencing on Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the observations research and health economics team with document preparation and submission processes.
  • Support staff in compiling and formatting documents for various submissions, ensuring proper upload into the document management system.
  • Facilitate the routing of corporate documents, records, and reports for necessary reviews and approvals.
  • Analyze incoming communications to assess their importance and coordinate distribution to relevant teams.
  • Manage the distribution of meeting minutes, track project timelines, and interact effectively with various management levels.
  • Independently coordinate scheduled meetings, manage complex calendars, prepare agendas, and arrange logistics for both regular and ad hoc meetings.
  • Lead administrative projects as needed and provide management with updates on status and activities.

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to adapt to new software and technologies.
  • Proactive in seeking clarification and asking questions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Core office competencies, including calendaring, document management, and project tracking.

Daily Duties:

  • Oversee multiple complex calendars.
  • Review and upload clinical trial documents for committee meetings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to committee members and teams.
  • Distribute meeting agendas, pre-read materials, and minutes.
  • Monitor ongoing projects and deliver regular updates to ensure timely submissions and approvals.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree with two years of relevant experience, or two years of hands-on experience in a technical school setting, or a high school diploma/GED with four years of experience.
